The present invention relates to a method for estimating the amount of tidal current energy using a linear momentum actuator disk theory in a natural flow, (a) to accurately interpolate the upstream preservation variable (U) with respect to the grid including the turbine to calculate the reaction force of the turbine Therefore, the upstream storage variable interpolation module obtains an interpolation value using the partial interpolation value and weight; (b) the linear momentum actuator model performing module determines the LMADT scale to be applied to calculate the reaction force of the turbine, and (c) the linear momentum actuator model performing module according to the LMADT scale determined in step (b) above. It consists of calculating the reaction force and tidal energy of the turbine through LMADT at or LMADT at the array scale. The change in water environment can be simulated in advance, which has the effect of being used for site selection, design, and planning of an algae development complex.
