Disclosed are an information sending method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus, the method comprising: a first communication node determines whether a first trigger condition is met; and, when the first trigger condition is met, the first communication node sends first information on first resources; the first information comprises at least one of the following items of information: channel related information and second information; the second information comprises at least one of the following: transmission indication information of a channel and/or signal on second resources; and a transmission request of the channel related information. The present application solves the problem of the power of the user device being consumed during the channel state information reporting process due to the base station knowing relatively little about the actual mobility of the user device.
