A power supply control circuit (20), a power supply system (10), and a movable platform. The power supply control circuit (20) is connected between a power supply circuit (23) and a radar (24), and is used for controlling power supply to the radar (24). The circuit comprises: a bypass control circuit (21), which is connected between the power supply circuit (23) and the radar (24), and is used for enabling the radar (24) to start normally; and a current-limiting control circuit (22), which is connected in parallel to the bypass control circuit (21) and is used for disconnecting the connection between the power supply circuit (23) and the radar (24) when an abnormality occurs in the radar (24). The present power supply control circuit (20), the power supply system (10) and the mobile platform may not only prevent the problem of the radar (24) not being able to be started normally due to excessive starting current in the starting process, but also ensure that the power supply system (10) is protected when an abnormality, such as a short circuit or the like, occurs in the radar (24).
