Manufacturing comb comprising an elastic element compressed by longitudinal teeth between an upper wedge and a lower wedge, and associated assembly method This comb (10) comprises: - an upper wedge (12) defining a plurality of upper grooves (24) longitudinal, - a lower wedge (14) defining a plurality of lower longitudinal grooves (32), and - a plurality of longitudinal teeth (16) each fixed between the upper and lower wedges (12, 14), each longitudinal tooth (16) entering an upper groove (24) and a lower groove (32). At least a first wedge of the lower wedge (14) and the upper wedge (12) defines at least one transverse slot (34), the comb (10) having an elastic member (18) in each transverse slot (34) compressed by each longitudinal tooth (16) between the upper and lower wedges (12, 14).
