The invention relates to computer systems (100) for training a machine learning model (200) for relay attack inhibition. The invention also includes portable electronic devices 310 capable of controlling the contactless opening or closing of an access of a road vehicle, from a pre-trained machine learning model (200 ’). The general principle of the invention is based on the use of smart phones ("smartphone") as a digital key to access a road vehicle. The invention uses machine learning to train a learning model capable of predicting the setting in motion of a smart phone of this type, when the latter approaches or s' away from the road vehicle. Afterwards, access to the road vehicle is only authorized when the latter receives the information to set in motion from the smartphone.
