Pump 1 for a bottle intended to contain a cosmetic product, comprising a metering chamber 25 with variable volume defined at least in part by a deformable element 3 between an initial state and a deformed state. The pump 1 also comprises a guide rod 6 passing through the deformable element 3, the latter sliding along the rod 6 when it undergoes deformation. The deformable element 3 comprises an outlet lip 11 delimiting an outlet orifice, surrounding a section of the rod 6, and coming into sealing abutment against the rod 6 or moving away from the rod 6 as a function of the pressure in the chamber 25. The rod 6 comprises means for holding the outlet lip 11 in sealed abutment against the rod 6 when the membrane 33 is in its initial state whatever the pressure in the chamber 25 and whatever the pressure around the pump 1.
