The invention mainly relates to a prefabricated concrete module (1) for platforms (20) of a railway station, tramway or metro, comprising an integrally molded concrete body and in which is integrated a heating element (2). in the form of a heating mat, the heating member (2) being integrated into the thickness of the molded body at least over a part of the length of said module (1), said module (1) further comprising at least one connection member (2c) configured to connect the module (1) to a power supply and control device (11). The invention also relates to an anti-icing assembly (10), comprising at least one prefabricated concrete module (1) according to the invention and at least one power supply and control device (11), the at least one module ( 1) being electrically connected to said power supply and control device (11).
