an agricultural irrigation water management mechanism, comprising a U-shaped water pipe, a sealing stopper, a lever, a connecting element and a lifting mechanism, with the U-shaped water supply in reverse; and where a passage hole is provided at the bending tube at the bottom of the U-shaped water pipe for the construction of a connection between the inside and the outside, and where the lever is pivotally positioned at the U-shaped water pipe, and where the sealing stopper is positioned in the U-shaped water pipe, and where the connecting element passes through the passage hole,to connect the intermediate section of the lever and the sealing stoppers, with the lifting mechanism positioned at the other end of the lever.
