A water vapor-permeable and waterproof shoe product, comprising an upper material, a sealing layer, an insole and a sole; wherein the upper material has an outer layer facing the outside of the shoe product, an inner layer facing the inside of the shoe product, a functional layer which is arranged therebetween and comprises an outer layer which is attached to the inner layer and the insole; wherein a first portion of the functional layer is attached to the inner layer and a second portion of the functional layer is attached to the outer layer; andwherein the sealing layer is attached to the functional layer and the insole.
