A blood-circulation device with a closure, comprising a housing, an inner cylinder and a head cover, with the inner cylinder positioned vertically in the housing and the front end of the inner cylinder fitted with a pin hole, with a protective cap mounted vertically down on the inside of the head cover, to protect the needle tip of the blood lances through the pen hole. It is characterized by the fact that the head cover consists of a closure and a cap end, with the bottom end of the cap and the top end of the housing adjusting to each other in shape and size. The cap end includes a notch on the side as a force application part when the head cover is removed from the housing. The closure has a flat structure with a damping strip on it. The size of the flat structure gradually increases from top to bottom. The first edges are provided at an end close to the cap end. The inner edge of the pen hole, which is opened at the top of the inner cylinder, forms the second edge, which correspond to the first edges and act as a guide at the inversion lock. The size of the first edges corresponds to the pen hole opened at the top of the inner cylinder, so that the head cover cannot be easily removed after the inversion closure has been shortened.
