Device for cleaning surface water drainage devices and sewerage accesses for a road vehicle (1), comprising a vehicle stem (2), which has a device holder (7) which can be moved transversely to a predetermined direction of travel of a road vehicle (1), to which the device can be mounted, with at least one lid lifters (3, 3 ') arranged on the device holder (7) for closure elements of surface water drainage devices or sewerage accesses and with at least one cleaning device (4) arranged on the device holder (7) for surface water drainage devices and sewerage accesses, which has at least one suction pipe (5) featured, that the lid lifter (3, 3 ') and at least the suction pipe (5) of the cleaning device (4) on the device holder (7) can be pivoted about at least one vertical axis of rotation, and that the suction pipe (5) or the lid lifter (3, 3 ') and the suction pipe (5) on the device holder (7) can be pivoted about an axis of rotation in the direction of travel of the road vehicle (1).
