A pull-up bar is described which is adapted to be clamped between two opposed vertical surfaces, with a telescopic rod and with brackets located between the ends of the telescopic rod and the vertical surfaces adapted to be extended by the telescopic rod to be pressed vertical surfaces. The pull-up bar described is characterized in that at least one of the brackets consists of several parts, which are displaced relative to each other in accordance with the intended arrangement.
