A stabilized, non-lethal impulse projectile is presented, having a projectile tip, a projectile body, stabilizers, a cartridge case as well as propellant and an ignition device, characterized in that the projectile body protrudes into the cartridge case, the stabilizers are attached to the projectile tip so that they can be folded out, an interior of the projectile body is filled with the propellant and a space is formed between the cartridge case and the projectile body which accommodates the stabilizers and is free of propellant and propellant gas.
