The request selected by the guest is displayed to the catering establishment on a stationary or mobile computer. The restaurateur can react accordingly. The human resources of the catering business are optimally used by the invention and the owner is given the opportunity to inform the guest about the status of his order or to play advertising on the information technology and to sell this advertising time. The system is suitable for use due to the specific design in any type of catering business.
