A 3D calibration body (1) is provided for the spatial calibration of an optical imaging system (22) with a transparent body and calibration marks (9) embedded in the volume of the transparent body (3-3). At least some of the calibration marks (9) can be selectively activated and deactivated, an activated calibration mark (9) being visible in the visible spectral range and a deactivated calibration mark (9) not being visible in the visible spectral range.
