The present invention relates to the technical field of the solar cell and discloses an emitter of the back contact heterojunction solar cell, which comprises at least one layer of the CrOx film from top to bottom. The present invention further discloses a back contact heterojunction solar cell using the above emitter and its manufacturing method. With the present invention, the efficiency of the solar cell can be significantly improved.
