FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medicine, namely in obstetrics and fetal surgery, and can be used for intrauterine nephro-amnial shunting for correction of bilateral obstructive uropathies. Operation is performed on both kidneys of fetus. Install an intravenous catheter for continuous tocolysis during surgery. Fetal position is determined by ultrasonic examination. Under the ultrasound control and general anesthesia, the introducer is removed from the sterile package and introduced into the amniotic cavity; after that, the obturator is removed; the introducer is fixed in the working position with fingers of the free hand. Then conductor with stent is introduced into tube of introducer, at that extrusion extrudes stent into working zone, pigtail spiral is wrapped that provides its fixation in organ. Introducer is withdrawn, the stent is in the working position, the second pigtail restricts the stent movement from the outside. After surgical manipulation in the operating room, the fetus heart rate and blood flow in the umbilical artery is monitored ultrasonically. First, the stent is placed in a more injured kidney – IV degree of hydronephrosis, more pronounced thinning of the kidney parenchyma. In 2 weeks – in contralateral.
