FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to generation of electric energy for power systems of general use, in particular, to switching of generators of power plants to isolated mode of operation. Said result is achieved in a method for automatic control of a gas turbine power station (GTPS) with gas turbine power units (GTPU) in a standard for a single power system power control mode with frequency correction by means of a frequency correction unit and a PID-power controller GTPU, generating a power task of a local automatic control system (ACS) of a gas turbine plant (GTP) of said GTPU, characterized in that it additionally operates in frequency control mode when all power system or its part is isolated to isolated load, where at transition of gas turbine power plant (GTPS) with at least two gas turbine power units (GTPU) into isolated load mode includes stages, at which one of at least two GTPU GTPS is switched to the mode of astatic frequency control of the specified level by means of the mode switch and the frequency setting device in the automated process control system (APCS) of the first GTPU, in case of impossibility to maintain by one of at least two GTPU, which control the specified frequency, additionally transfer of the second of at least two GTPU to the mode of astatic frequency control by means of the mode switch and the frequency setting device in APCS of the second GTPU, said GTPU is synchronized by a synchronization unit. Technical problem of the declared invention consists in creation of the method for implementation of general station level of frequency and power control.;EFFECT: technical result consists in implementation of solution of specified technical problem.;3 cl, 5 dwg
