FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. At the first stage, retinal laser coagulation of the retina is performed at wave length 577 nm, power 50–100 mW, pulse duration 0.03–0.1 s, spot diameter 100 mcm. Distance between laser coagulates is equal to diameter of one laser coagulate. Laser coagulates are applied over entire area of pigment epithelial separation, excluding fovea zone. Then, 10 days later, a subthreshold microimpulsive laser exposure is performed with application of laser applications in a staggered order along the entire surface of retinal pigment epithelial retina. Following laser radiation characteristic is used: wavelength 577 nm, packet duration 50 ms, micropulse duration 50 mcs, pulse ratio 4.7 %, spot diameter 100 mcm and power 100 mW. Distance between laser exposure areas is equal to spot diameter. Subthreshold micro-pulse laser exposure is performed three times every 3–4 weeks.;EFFECT: method provides partial or complete resorption of drusenoid separation of pigment epithelium (DSPE), restoration of macular profile, increase of retina photosensitivity and maximally corrected visual acuity, improvement of vision quality.;1 cl, 2 ex
