Method for pharmacological correction of experimental critical skeletal muscle ischemia with a combination of simvastatin, udenafil and mononuclear fraction of autologous bone marrow involves experimental modeling of critical ischemia of shin muscles, where simvastatin is administered intragastrically in dose of 0.86 mg/kg, udenafil is administered intragastrically in dose of 0.86 mg/kg once a day daily for 7 days and a mononuclear fraction of autologous bone marrow is introduced once parenterally on 7th day after simulating critical ischemia 50 mcl into 4 points.;EFFECT: invention provides developing a method for pharmacological correction of critical shin muscles ischemia in experimental simvastatin animals.;1 cl, 1 ex, 1 tbl
