Device (104) for sealing at least one door leaf (106) for rail vehicle (100) has at least one sliding device (112) for moving door leaf (106) in section of closed position in direction (z) of rail vehicle (100) for pressing door leaf (106) sealing element to opposite sealing element of input arch (107) of rail vehicle (100) and to move door leaf (106) in rail vehicle (100) direction (x) between a closed position and an open position. Shifting device (112) is made in the form of passive component with possibility of movement of door leaf (106) in direction (z) using movement of door leaf in direction (x). Embodiments of the device describe versions of shearing device (112).
