FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for assessing the developmental prediction in children diagnosed with bronchial asthma, accompanying comorbid pathology in the form of a vegetative nervous system disorder and functional pathology of the gastrointestinal tract in conditions of multi-component contamination of atmospheric air with suspended substances, nitrogen dioxide and organic aromatic compounds in the territory where children live. Method comprises determining a blood sample content of organic aromatic compounds: benzene, toluene, phenol, formaldehyde, and in atmosphere of territory, where children live, – content of suspended particles and nitrogen dioxide, and if they exceed the reference number by at least 1.5 times, laboratory and functional values are determined, wherein the laboratory values are determined by the level of creatine phosphokinase and ionized calcium in blood, functional indicators are systolic pulmonary arterial pressure (SPAP), ratio of stress index in wedge-orthostatic sample to initial stress index (IN2/IN1), and if the creatinine phosphokinase level is higher than 209 E/dm3, the level of ionized calcium in blood exceeds 1.21 mmol/l, the SPAP level is more than 20 mm Hg, the IN2/IN1 level is more than 3.3 standard units, the comorbid pathology prognosis development accompanying bronchial asthma is estimated in the form of vegetative nervous system disorder and functional pathology of the gastrointestinal tract associated with negative aerogenic effect of suspended substances, nitrogen dioxide and organic aromatic compounds, as high.;EFFECT: invention enables creating an informative and evidence-based method of predicting development in children diagnosed with bronchial asthma, accompanying comorbid pathology in the form of a vegetative nervous system disorder and functional pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, associated with the effect of organic aromatic compounds and suspended particles, nitrogen dioxide ingested by children from atmospheric air.;1 cl, 6 tbl, 2 ex
