According to the invention, the optically-controlled switch comprises a SIW waveguide comprising first and second ports for inputting and outputting an electromagnetic wave, and a short-circuited metallized hole electrically connected to the bottom wall of the SIW waveguide and separated from the upper wall of the SIW waveguide by a dielectric gap, photoconductive element located on upper wall of SIW-waveguide and electrically connected to short-circuiting hole and with upper wall of SIW-waveguide, wherein the photoconductive element has a dielectric state and a conductor state depending on the light flux control state, and an out-of-limit waveguide formed around the dielectric gap and the photoconductive element, formed by the conductive walls extending from the upper wall of the SIW waveguide, and configured to provide control of the photoconductive element from the light source and to block parasitic radiation of the wave passing in the SIW waveguide through the dielectric gap and the photoconductive element.;EFFECT: providing matching at frequencies over 40 GHz, reducing spurious radiation and insertion losses, reducing power consumption, improving isolation between ON/OFF states, reducing the reject rate, increasing heat protection of the light source.;15 cl, 1 tbl, 17 dwg
