FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatrics, anesthesiology and resuscitation, obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of developing hyperbilirubinemia in full-term newborns born by Cesarean section. For this purpose, umbilical blood values of immunological values are determined: concentration of TNF-alpha and IL-10, biochemical indicators: ALT and total NO2, Apgar score is evaluated on 5th minute of life and a diagnostic index DI is calculated.
