摘要

FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and method of measuring spectral characteristics. Method includes two cycles, optical path length of which is identical. First cycle involves measurement of the spectral characteristic of the measurement channel circuit, which contains a radiation source, a condenser, a monochromator, a mirror system, a radiation receiver, an ambient atmosphere and a system for detecting the signal from the radiation receiver. Second measurement cycle additionally includes the analyzed object into the measurement circuit. To calculate the spectral characteristic of the analyzed object, the spectrum of the measurement channel is excluded from the obtained data. Measurements are carried out in laboratory conditions with controlled stable characteristics of environment. In the measurements, a mirror system is used, which includes two flat and two spherical mirrors with a mirror coating having the same spectral characteristics, and a fine adjustment mechanism.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of measurements.;7 cl, 4 dwg
