FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: declared invention refers to medicine and represents a method for prevention of ischemic and reperfusion injuries of the hippocampus neurons in the postresuscitative period, involving the use of lithium salts, characterized by that as an agent for preventing ischemic and reperfusion injuries of the hippocampus neonones in the postresuscitative period, 4.2 % lithium chloride solution is used in dose of 40 mg/kg by single intravenous introduction immediately after recovery of spontaneous cardiac activity and subsequent introduction on 1st, 2nd and 3rd post-intensive day.;EFFECT: use of the declared invention enables to neutralize consequences of both neuron ischemia and pathogenic extracerebral factors occurring in generalized reperfusion conditions.;1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
