FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For microinvasive transscleral fixation of a dislocated posterior chamber intraocular lens, cornea paracenteses and conjunctival flaps are formed in a projection of haptic elements of the intraocular lens (IOL). Fixation of IOL is performed by means of a straight suture needle with polypropylene loop 10/0. For this purpose, a suture loop is introduced through the corneal paracentesis; using a manipulator, a suture loop is brought over the IOL haptic element on the opposite side; hollow guide needle 27G is transxleral introduced in 2-2.5 mm from the limb, wherein the suture loop is grasped and brought under the haptic element; suture needle is inserted into the lumen of the guide needle and brought out, thereby forming a "cow hitch" directly on the haptic IOL. Similar manipulations are performed with the opposite haptic element. IOL is centered relative to pupil plane. IOL is fixed to the sclera by applying a Z-shaped suture, the ends of which are immersed under the conjunctival flaps.;EFFECT: method provides stable clinical effect and minimal risk of intra- and postoperative complications ensured by complete control of intraoperative manipulations.;1 cl, 2 ex
