The device relates to the field of radar technology and can be used in the design and manufacture of an active phased antenna array. The transceiver module of the Ka-band active phased array antenna with a heat sink base in the form of a flat heat pipe, which includes a metal case, inside which there is a flat heat pipe up to 2 mm thick, on which a printed circuit board with radio-electronic fuel elements is placed. The heat pipe has its own metal casing, while part of the surface of the heat pipe extends beyond the casing of the transceiver module and is fixed in a zone remote from the module on the heat exchanger of the external forced liquid cooling system, so that the evaporation zone of the heat pipe is located inside the transceiver body module, and the condensation zone is outside the housing. The technical result is an increase in the cooling efficiency of small-sized transceiver modules. 2 ill.
