The present invention relates to a method for producing a neural stem cell derived from a non-nerve cell through direct reprogramming and a use thereof. In the method for producing induced neural stem cells of the present invention, since induced neural stem cells can be produced from non-neuronal cells by using only two inducers, Sox2 and c-Myc as inducing factors, the existing four factors, five inductions. The induced neural stem cells can be produced more efficiently than the production method using the factor, and the induced neural stem cells produced by the above method have excellent differentiation and proliferation ability, and thus can be used for future therapeutic purposes.
