The present invention relates to a cluster nanostructure having directionality of anisotropic Acorn type bimetallic nanoparticles, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for detecting a target material based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using the same. In the present invention, the nanostructure can be applied as a metal nanoprobe for measuring a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) image.
