The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing entanglement of a fishing line for hoolchigi fishing and to a hoolchigi fishing rig provided with the same, and more particularly, when a fishing line is entangled in a rig for hoolchigi, the hoolchi function is lost, or the fishing line is cut. It relates to a fishing line entanglement prevention device and a hook-up fishing needle provided with the same, which can eliminate the hassle of releasing the tangled fishing line from the rigging or rigging. The fishing line entanglement prevention device for houlchigi fishing gear according to the present invention prevents the fishing line tied to the fishing line linkage of the rig when the hoolchigi fishing rig is thrown or in the hoolchi operation from being caught in the gap between the fishing hooks and tangled with the fishing line.
