The present invention relates to a single bellows-type expansion and contraction pipe joint designed for earthquake resistance, wherein a plurality of expansion and contraction parts are formed so as to be spaced apart at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, and a connection part is formed between the plurality of expansion and contraction parts. The diameter of the stretchable part increases as the liver is connected and as the plurality of stretchable parts go from the center in the longitudinal direction to both ends of the plurality of stretchable parts. For this reason, it is possible to disperse the stress applied to the expansion pipe joint when the expansion and contraction portion of the expansion pipe joint is folded due to the occurrence of vibration.
