The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum strain containing a ptsG mutant gene and a method for producing L-lysine using the same, wherein the strain introduces a mutation of ptsG of a glucose-specific phosphorylation transfer system into ptsG or a mutant ptsG It was additionally introduced into the chromosome. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a strain with improved L-lysine production capacity and a method for producing L-lysine using the same.
