The present disclosure discloses an active phased array antenna device including a main antenna and a side leaf blocking antenna. The main antenna includes a plurality of array elements, and in the transmission channel check mode, outputs a first check signal through an array element that is a transmission channel check target among a plurality of array elements, and among a plurality of array elements in a receive channel check mode. The second check signal is received through the array element that is the target of the receive channel check. The side lobe blocking antenna is an antenna used to block the side antenna signal of the main antenna, and receives a first inspection signal output from an array element that is a transmission channel inspection target in a transmission channel inspection mode, and an array which is a reception channel inspection target in a reception channel inspection mode. The second check signal is output to be coupled to the device.
