The present invention relates to a string twisting unit and a string twisting driver comprising the same. The present invention, in the string twisting unit used for the string twisting driver which generates a driving force by generating twisting of a string, may comprise: a main string wherein both end units are hung on the string twisting driver; a lubrication string wound along at least one of two strings wherein twisting and unwinding occur among the main string along the length direction; and a pressing tube coupled to surround the main string and the lubrication string. The present invention is to provide the string twisting unit capable of improving a lubrication effect, and the string twisting driver comprising the same.
