Disclosed are a loan information analysis service system and a method of P2P loan products. The present invention is configured to calculate area information about a property to be loaned from a borrower terminal, similar area information around the property, location-based location measurements analyzed including environmental information, location of public facilities based on the location measurements, price information of similar property surroundings, index information calculated by assigning a preset weight to interest rate information, property transaction information based on location measurements, and analysis information through surrounding analysis information, wherein risk management information is calculated by analyzing the loan risk information of the property based on the index information and analysis information, and loan prediction information for property is analyzed using index information, analysis information and risk management information.
