The present invention relates to an eco-friendly epoxy antifouling coating composition, and an eco-friendly antifouling coating film including the same so as to enhance the energy efficiency of ship operation through the development of a non-toxic eco-friendly antifouling paint so that the excellent antifouling performance is exhibited while preventing environmental pollution and emission of harmful substances. As an eco-friendly epoxy antifouling coating composition including a resin member and a curing member, the resin member includes: an epoxy resin having chemical resistance and mechanical properties to prevent barnacles or aquatic organisms from adhering to a ship shell; nanoceramics imparting low friction and surface slip properties to a surface of the ship shell; titanium dioxide (TiO_2) having a sterilizing effect through a photocatalytic action for improving the antifouling performance in the ship shell; and an amine-based organosilicon polymer for maximizing the slip properties and reinforcing the durability of the surface of the ship shell. Therefore, the economical and efficient sea transportation is facilitated and the environmental problems concerned in a marine ecosystem are solved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
