The present invention relates to a diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration system comprising: a DPF burning particulate matter (PM) in exhaust gas; a diesel oxidize catalyst (DOC) provided on a front end of the DPF to purify carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC), and the particulate matter (PM); a combustion device provided on a front end of the DOC, receiving air and fuel, and burning the fuel; a fuel supply device supplying air and fuel to the combustion device; a control device controlling the fuel supply device and the combustion device; and a vehicle diagnosis device transmitting diagnosis information of a vehicle to the control device so as to control the fuel supply device and the combustion device. According to the present invention, DPF regeneration is controlled by means of the vehicle information other than the DPF and thus, the occurrence of white smoke (HC slip) can be reduced.
