The present invention relates to an inorganic nano-ceramic coating material composition capable of increasing an internal strength while protecting a surface of a concrete structure, and to a method for coating a concrete structure using the same. The inorganic nano-ceramic coating material composition is formed by including 50 to 200 parts by weight of a second nano-ceramic coating material formed by including 7.5 to 62.0 wt% of water-soluble polymer resin emulsion, 5.0 to 10.0 wt% of titanium oxide, 5.5 to 10.0 wt% of shell powder, 3.5 to 15.0 wt% of pozzolan powder, 10.0 to 15.5 wt% of aluminum oxide, 1.5 to 10.0 wt% of silica fume, 3.5 to 10.0 wt% of zinc, 1.5 to 10.5 wt% of magnesium oxide, and 7.5 to 11.5 wt% of fly ash, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a first nano-ceramic coating material formed by including 40.0 to 60.0 wt% of silica nano powder and 40.0 to 60.0 wt% of carbon powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
