The present invention relates to an aluminoborosilicate mineral material, a low-temperature co-fired ceramic composite material, a low-temperature co-fired ceramic, a composite substrate, and a method for manufacturing the same. In the aluminoborosilicate mineral material used in low-temperature co-fired ceramics, the following composition is expressed by mass percentage based on the following oxides: 0.42% to 1.15% Na 2 O; 14.15% to 23.67% K 2 O; 1.17% to 4.10% CaO; 0-2.65% Al 2 O 3 ; 13.19% -20.00% B 2 O 3 and 53.47% -67.17% SiO 2 . The aluminoborosilicate mineral material has stable chemical properties, and the low-temperature co-fired ceramic produced thereby has excellent dielectric properties, as well as low sintering temperature, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent mechanical performance and LTCC process matching properties. , LTCC package can be widely used in the field of substrate.
