The present invention relates to a detection composition which extracts nucleic acid of a sample, is amplified using real-time PCR, analyzes a fluorescence signal generated by hybridizing the amplified target nucleic acid with a PNA probe containing a fluorescent substance by temperature, and enables simultaneous and rapid detection of adenoviruses by confirming that the same nucleotide sequence as specific gene markers for each of B, C, F, and G of adenovirus subtypes appears, to a kit, and to a detection method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
