MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CNT THIN FILM FOR ENERGY HARVEST ELEMENT, CNT THIN FILM FOR ENERGY HARVEST ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CNT ENERGY HARVEST ELEMENT, AND CNT ENERGY HARVEST ELEMENT
The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube (CNT) and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a CNT thin film for an energy harvest element to manufacture a CNT thin film for an energy harvest element with improved electric energy production efficiency by creating a high voltage difference if wrinkles are formed by membrane vacuum filtering without a substrate and a dispersing material to allow an external force to be applied. The manufacturing method of the CNT thin film for the energy harvest element comprises: a step of mixing a carbon nanotube (CNT) and an organic solvent to create a CNT organic solvent mixture; a step of applying an ultrasonic wave to the CNT organic solvent mixture to create a CNT organic solvent sludge; a step of applying an ultrasonic wave having a preset energy to the CNT organic solvent sludge to disperse the CNT to create a CNT dispersion solution; a step of using a membrane filter to perform vacuum filtering on the CNT organic solvent mixture; and a step of forming a CNT thin film with wrinkles by heat-treating and hardening a membrane filter with a collected CNT-CNT binder film which has not been dried.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
