Disclosed are an early fire detection and safety evacuation inducing system and a method thereof. The system comprises: a plurality of detection devices detecting a fire in a building; a fire monitoring server collecting information on whether the detection device detects a fire and inducing safety evacuation of a user in accordance with the collected information; and a CCTV device generating a real-time surveillance image for a corresponding area in accordance with information on whether the detection device detects the fire. According to the above-described early fire detection and safety evacuation inducing system and the method thereof, by forming a mesh network using a plurality of beacon tags in a building and being configured to detect air quality through the beacon tags, whether the fire has occurred is detected early, and a safe evacuation route can be provided by identifying the presence of toxic gas in each space in the building.
