The present invention relates to a robo advisor learning system for examination based on block chain. Therefore, by providing a copyright retail service technology based on block chain, transparency of copyright calculation and distribution is increased and a service model which can guarantee a maximum rightful persons profit is provided. In addition, provided is an effect which ensures easiness of tracking and accuracy and reliability of copyright information according to alteration of a right such as ownership or the like.
