The present invention relates to a seedling connection port, which induces rooting of a runner generated from a mother plant during strawberry seedling to allow seedling to be easily rooted in a connection port. According to the present invention, a port body (1) is provided in a longitudinal direction, and at least one port (3) having a trapezoidal port hole (2) with an engraved groove (2a) filled with soil is symmetrically provided at both symmetrical sides of the center of the port body (1). A water discharge drain hole (3b) is provided at the center of a bottom surface of the port (3) and a ground support locking port (8) is provided at an edge outer surface of the water discharge drain hole (3b). Horizontal and vertical drip hose accommodation grooves (4, 5) into which a drip hose (H) is inserted, are provided between each port hole (2). Also, a water supply path (10) of an engraved shape for supplying water into the port (3) is provided in the horizontal and vertical drip hose accommodation grooves (4, 5). At least one runner locking hook (6) is provided at an outer circumferential surface of an upper surface port hole (2) of the port body (1). The horizontal and vertical drip hose accommodation grooves (4, 5) have a space (S) formed to be deeper than the diameter of an outer surface (H-1) of the drip hose (H) not to allow the outer surface (H-1) of the drip hose (H) and a runner (1b) locked and fixed to the locking hook (6) to be in contact with or adjacent to each other. When the rooting of seedling is induced to each connection port by the runner in a mother plant pot, the runner can be fixed without a separate pin work by a hook provided for rooting of the runner to each port.
