The present invention relates to a GIS partial discharge diagnostic apparatus and a diagnostic system thereof. The GIS partial discharge diagnostic apparatus (100) includes: an insulating terminal plate insulator (110) which is installed on a front surface or a rear surface of the GIS and has a terminal hole (111) formed; a partial discharge signal detection sensor (130) which is fixed onto a front surface of the insulating terminal pate insulator (110) at a certain interval and detects an electromagnetic wave signal according to partial discharge generated inside the GIS; an insulating terminal cover (140) which is fixed onto the partial discharge signal detection sensor (130) and has a connection hole (141) at the center thereof; and a signal draw out pipe (150) which is connected to a connector (190) for transmitting a partial discharge signal to the outside since one side of the signal draw out pipe is fixed on the partial discharge signal detection sensor (130) and the other side is located on the connection hole (141) of the insulating terminal cover (140). Since the present invention is integrally manufactured on an insulating terminal plate insulator and an insulating terminal cover and is applied to a site regardless of a GIS structure to diagnose partial discharge, site utilization is increased and reliability of partial discharge diagnosis is increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
