The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition using Yucca schidigera, Paeonia suffruticosa root, Lithosperum erythrorhizon root, and Triticum vulgare germ, which contains 0.2-10 wt% of a mixed extract of Yucca schidigera, Paeonia suffruticosa root, Lithosperum erythrorhizon root, and Triticum vulgare germ or a mixture of a single extract thereof as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains a Yucca schidigera extract, a Paeonia suffruticosa root extract, a Lithosperum erythrorhizon root and a Triticum vulgare germ extract as an active ingredient, thereby exhibiting excellent antibacterial activities, and having a wide antibacterial spectrum to have excellent preservation ability for cosmetics and alleviate skin stimulation caused after irradiation of ultraviolet rays. Also, the cosmetic composition of the present invention has a skin stimulation alleviation effect by an inflammation mediation material, has a very low effect on physicochemical stability and a cosmetic formulation, and has a very low possibility of inducing skin stimulation by not adding a chemical preservative.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
