The present invention relates to a repair method of a concrete structure to form a matrix strengthening layer and a crack protection layer by using a permeable surface strengthening agent and a coating agent on a crack portion of an aged concrete structure requiring repair. More particularly, the present invention relates to a repair method of a concrete structure to form a matrix strengthening layer and a crack protection layer by using a permeable surface strengthening agent and a coating agent on a crack portion of an aged concrete structure requiring repair, wherein the method prevents an exfoliation phenomenon by forming the matrix strengthening layer on a crack portion of a neutralized concrete structure, and allows the structure to be maintained for a long period of time by applying the coating agent to form the crack protection layer for repair.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
