The present invention relates to a self-assembled nanoparticle structure, which uses an N-terminal domain RNA-interaction domain (RID) of a human-derived lysyl-tRNA synthetase at the N-terminus of a target protein as a new fusion partner, and has ferritin bound to the C-terminus; an expression vector capable of producing the same; and a novel use thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to mass-produce 60 to 110 kDa of an insoluble target protein, which was difficult to generate in water-soluble environment, in water-soluble environment without refolding. The target protein can form self-assembled nanoparticles presented on the surface in an immunologically meaningful structure, and thus can be used as a vaccine to increase immunogenicity and as a diagnostic antigen to diagnose various diseases.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
