The present invention provides a three-dimensional scanning method including a plurality of lasers of different wavelengths, wherein the scanner implementing the three-dimensional scanning method includes a camera having at least two positions fixed therein and at least two laser projectors, and at least two lasers. The projector corresponds to at least two different wavelengths and is given a correction of the spatial positional relationship of the two cameras, and the three-dimensional scanning method depends on the 2D pattern of the laser contour projected on the surface of the scanned object taken by the two cameras. After identifying and acquiring the two-dimensional lines centered on the highlights, three-dimensional point cloud data is obtained through the trigonometric principle and the epipolar constraint principle. It also provides a scanner for implementing a three-dimensional scanning method comprising a plurality of different wavelength laser. The present invention includes a plurality of different wavelengths, has good applicability, can greatly increase the function of a single scanner, and improve the cost ratio.
